tomoatmeal: prettyfulmermaidfishy: tomoatmeal: St. Patrick’s Day Eric  whoever spray painted their dog green needs to die. after they take it to the VET, NOT GET RID OF IT! morons like that should NEVER be allowed to even LOOK at an animal, let alone OWN one. I agree, but it might be hard to enforce a law that prohibits people from looking at animals because animals are all around us.  Even if you caught someone looking at an animal he might just say that he was looking at the trees behind the animal and it would be difficult to prove that he is lying.  I’m pretty sharp when it comes to matters concerning dogs or horses because I’ve studied the habits of these reptiles by attending parades. ROFL
